Nordic Urban is building a global network of floating Allas Pool well-being hubs in the centers of significant waterfront cities.
Our first facility, Allas Sea Pool Helsinki, opened in May 2017. It has rapidly become a popular destination among Helsinki residents and tourists, making it one of the city’s most important landmarks. The success of our Allas Helsinki pilot is proof of concept for both the technical solutions and the sustainability of the operational and business models.
We have numerous ongoing negotiations for developing Allas facilities in new cities. We aim to create projects in places where the Allas concept, associated funding requirements, and city strategy and plans are all aligned. The final site selection is based on extensive feasibility studies.
We will continue to make our projects public one at a time when their negotiation process allows us to do so.
